Cindy Kool, president, founded Training Solutions, Inc. and has been involved in ACT! training since 1990.  As an ACT! Certified Consultant and ACT! Premier Trainer, her business centers almost exclusively on ACT! consulting and training.

Joyce Nichols joined the staff in 2000.  She is also an ACT! Certified Consultant and has several years experience training users how to effectively use their databases.
