I recently worked with Jennifer Leon of StrategicAR. She needed to send out a mass email to a list of her customers that use a specific billing software of theirs and that have email addresses. You must be an Administrator or Manager to create Events in your database. If you are in a sync environment, this will need to be done on the Master Database. 1. In Act!, click Schedule, Manage, Events2. Click Add... (for your convenience, below is a list of 2014 federal holidays)3. Enter the Holiday Name and the Date:4.
